What is your delivery timeline?
We deliver within 1–2 business days across Bangladesh.
Sometimes, for orders within Dhaka, our home delivery service takes delivery within 48 hours. Outside Dhaka, your order will be delivered within 72 hours. You can track your order in real-time, and our customer support is ready to assist you with any delivery-related inquiries.
What is your return policy?
Easy, Hassle-Free Return Policy (Within 3 Days)
Condition: Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags/accessories).
Process:

Share order details and photos of the sealed product.
We’ll approve & provide a return address or pickup (if applicable).
Refund issued after quality check (3-5 business days).

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work, and is there a minimum order amount?
With Cash on Delivery (COD), you can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep. To confirm a COD order, a minimum payment of 100 TK is required upfront from outside of Dhaka. The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.
